NS-11155 Fixed an issue with Payment Receipts automatically created from Quick Sale Transactions not applying to the corresponding Invoice

When accepting a payment for a Quick Sale transaction and posting, a Payment Receipt is created and is SUPPOSED to auto apply to the Quick Sale. Well just like kids are supposed to keep their room clean, sometimes they don’t. In this case, Payment Receipts were not being auto applied to Quick Sales in this process. Don’t worry though, we put NorthScope in timeout and it now has learned its lesson and will auto apply Payment Receipts that were generated from Quick Sales.
