The status of Customer Approval signifies that NLP believes they have done everything necessary to solve the Ticket . A Ticket with a status of Customer Approval is effectively on hold until one of the following occurs: The customer responds agreeing that the Ticket can be closed. The customer responds indicating the ticket cannot be closed. is complete and we are awaiting confirmation/feedback from the customer. Tickets that remain in this status for 5 days will be moved to Resolved. |
