Used to describe transactions that have been posted, so edit is not allowed of anything with financial significance for any field that can impact financials or inventory on hand balances (i.e. quantities, prices, taxes) or that would impact balances (i.e. Inventory, Customer Aging, quantities). Several posted transactions allow edit of some fields after they are posted, provided the fields do not impact financial data financials or any item balances balances. Examples of some allowable editable fields on posted transactions include Comments, References, and/or AttributesAttribute Values. |
