Fiscal Year | Identifies the Fiscal Year the Budget applies to. This is a single-select lookup that defaults as blank and is required. Report Default | Identifies the Budget, for each Fiscal Year, that is the version used on financial reports. This is a Yes/No lookup that is required. It defaults as blank and is always editable. "No" values appear as blank on Save. Only one Budget per Fiscal Year can be set as the Report Default. Database Field: ERPx_GLBudget.IsReportDefault |
Allow Edit | Identifies whether or not users can edit Budget Details for the Budget. This is a Yes/No lookup that is required. It defaults as blank and is always editable. If set to "Yes", individual budget amounts can be edited for GL Accounts for the Budget. If set to "No", individual budget amounts cannot be edited for GL Accounts for the Budget.
