A calculated field that summarizes the Charges being applied to a Ticket Item.  The detail Charges can be viewed on the Charges & Accruals page. A 'Charge AmountAmt.' can only be changed by either changing the 'Rate' for a Charge (on the Charges & Accruals page) or by changing something that impacts the 'Total WeightDelivered Wt.' and/or 'ExtGross Amt. Amount' of a Ticket Item.
