Def - Costing Phase

A Costing Phase describes the items and the date where management of costs began/should begin in NorthScope. The items can be described in terms of product lines (e.g., Salmon or Almonds), item attributes (e.g., Fresh vs Frozen), and/or the Sites they physically stored in.
