Fishermen Permits List View
The Permits List View shows all Fishermen and Fishermen & Tender Permits. The purpose of this page is to provide a central location to see all the details for every Fisherman Permit recorded in the system. Users can view or export the list of permits to Excel.

Account Type | Displays the type of account from the 'Fisherman Type' property on the Fisherman or Tender record. This is not editable and comes from the Fisherman Class. Database Field: ERPx_APVendorClass.VendorTypeEN |
CFECID | Displays the unique identifier of the Fisherman from the ‘CFECID’ property on the Fisherman or Tender record. This property is only applicable, and can only be assigned to records with an 'Account Type' of "Fisherman", "Tender", or "Fisherman & Tender". This field is always editable from the record view. The CFECID represents the unique identifier of the legal entity. This is assigned by the State of Alaska. Database Field: ERPx_APVendor.CFECID |
Displays the Email value of the Address ID that is assigned as the 'Payment Default'. This is always editable from the 'Addresses’ tab of the Fisherman record. Database Field: ERPx_APVendorAddress.Email | |
Fisherman Class | Displays the Class ID from the 'Fisherman Class ID' property on the Fisherman or Tender record. Vendor Class is concept that is used across AP Vendors, Fishermen, Tenders, and Loans. Vendor classes for Fishermen, Tenders, or Loans are managed in the Fisherman Class master file. This field is always editable from the record view. The Account Class is used to classify and set default Properties, Accounts (GL Accounts), and defaults for Excluded Transactions on new Fisherman and Tenders. These defaults can be overwritten for individual Fishermen or Tenders. Database Field: ERPx_APVendor.VendorClassSK |
Fisherman ID | A hyperlink that shows the value of the 'Fisherman ID' property on the Fisherman or Tender record. Clicking on the link opens the record view for the selected Fishermen or Tender. This field is always editable from the record view. The Fisherman ID is used as a short description and unique identifier of the Fisherman or Tender account. Database Field: ERPx_APVendor.VendorID |
Fisherman Name | Displays the name of the Fisherman from the Fisherman or Tender record. This field is always editable from the record view. The Fisherman Name is used as a long description/name of the Fisherman or Tender account. Database Field: ERPx_APVendor.VendorName |
Fisherman On Hold | Displays the value from the 'Hold' property on the Fisherman or Tender record. When set to 'Yes' new transactions can be entered for the Fisherman or Tender but payments cannot be issued to them. When set to 'No' the record is not on hold and can be freely used. 'No' values display as blank in the grid. This value is always editable. Database Field: ERPx_APVendor.IsOnHold |
Fishery | Displays the name of the Fishery the Permit is issued for. This defaults to the value entered in the ‘Fishery’ field on the ‘Permits’ tab of the Fisherman record. It is always editable from the record view. Database Field: ERPx_APVendorPermit.Fishery |

Last Updated | Identifies the Last Updated Date & Time of the record, formatted from the users 'Date Format' preference. This is a system assigned value and is never editable by a user. Database Field: ERPx_APVendorPermit.LastUpdated |
Last Updated By | Identifies the name of the user that last updated the record. It is formatted to be the "logged-in" users [User First Name] + [User Last Name]. This is a system assigned value and is never editable by a user. Database Field: ERPx_APVendorPermit.LastUser |
Permit | Displays the ID of the Fisherman’s Permit. This defaults to the value entered in the ‘Permit’ field on the ‘Permits’ tab of the Fisherman record. It is always editable from the record view. Database Field: ERPx_APVendorPermit.Permit |

Permit Vessel | Identifies the name of the fishing vessel the Fishing Permit pertains to. This defaults to the value entered in the ‘Vessel’ field on the ‘Permits’ tab of the Fisherman record. Phone | Displays the Phone value of the Address ID that is assigned as the 'Payment Default'. This is always editable from the 'Addresses’ tab of the Fisherman record. Database Field: ERPx_APVendorAddress.Phone1 |
Primary Vessel | Identifies the name of the primary fishing vessel the Fishing Permit pertains to. This defaults to the value entered in the ‘Primary Vessel' property of the 'Properties’ tab of the Fisherman record. This field is always editable from the record view. The Primary Vessel is used to associate the Tender Account Name to the "Tender Vessel" on a fish ticket imported from eLandings and to help associate fishing vessel names with their owners. Year Seq | Identifies the Year Sequence assigned to the Fishing Permit. For Permits that are renewed annually, this will be the only value that changes. This defaults to the value entered in the ‘Year Seq’ field on the ‘Permits’ tab of the Fisherman record. It is always editable from the record view. Database Field: ERPx_APVendorPermit.YearSequence |
