Change Permit Holder Record View

 

The purpose of this page is to select a different Permit Holder (Fisherman) for the Fish Ticket record.  Only active Permits will be displayed and only one Permit Holder can be selected to be changed on the ticket. Tickets must be in New status to be able to change the Permit Holder.

Fields 

Description

Delivery Date

  This field defaults from the Delivered date that was entered on the Fish Ticket Record View and can be edited from there while in New status. It is never editable from this page.

Database Field: ERPx_APDeliveryTicketHeader.DeliveryDate

Landed Date

This field defaults from the Landed date that was entered on the Fish Ticket Record View and can be conditionally edited from there while in New status. If the version of the ticket is 1 and a Manually created ticket this field will be editable on the Ticket record, otherwise it will be disabled. It is never editable from this page.

Database Field: ERPx_APDeliveryTicketHeader.TicketDate

Ticket Number

This field defaults from the 'Ticket #' field that was entered/generated when the ticket was created. This is editable from the 'Home' tab of the Fish Ticket Record View while the transaction is in a Status of New for version 1 tickets that are manually created.

CFECID

This is required and defaults from the 'CFECID' field on the 'Properties' tab of the Fisherman & Tenders Record View. This is never editable from here but can be changed on the master file at any time.

Gear

This is required and defaults from the 'Gear' field on the 'Permits' tab of the Fisherman & Tenders Record View. This is never editable from here but can be changed on the master file at any time. 

If the gear is different for the newly selected permit, the following informational message will be displayed on Save “The Gear on this ticket has been changed, please verify Management Program, Price List & Stat Area.”.

Paid Account

This is not required and defaults from the 'Alternate Paid Account' field on the 'Properties' tab of the Fisherman & Tenders Record View. This is never editable from here but can be changed on the master file at any time.

Permit

Identifies the permit number that is associated to the Permit Holder. This is required and can be edited from the 'Permit' field on the 'Permits' tab of the Fishermen & Tenders Record View. This is never editable from here but can be changed on the master file at any time.

Permit Holder

This is required and defaults from the 'Fisherman Name' field on the 'Properties' tab of the Fisherman & Tenders Record View. This is never editable from here but can be changed on the master file at any time.

Vessel

identify the fishing vessel the Fishing Permit pertains to. This is not required and defaults from the 'Vessel' field on the 'Permits' tab of the Fisherman & Tenders Record View. This is never editable from here but can be changed on the master file at any time. 

Database Fields: ERPx_APVessels.VesselName + ERPx_APVessels.VesselNumber, ERPx_APVendorPermit.VesselSK, ERPx_APVendor.VendorSK, ERPx_APDeliveryTicketHeader.VesselSK

Year Seq

Identifies the Year Sequence assigned to the Fishing Permit. For Permits that are renewed annually, this will be the only value that changes. This is required and defaults from the 'Year Seq' field on the 'Permits' tab of the Fisherman & Tenders Record View. This is never editable from here but can be changed on the master file at any time.
