| Help |  Opens the online WIKI help page for the current page. |
| Save & Close | Saves the new Item and closes the dialog box. A message will be displayed stating the new item was successfully copied. The new item will be added and displayed in the Inventory List View. |

| Copy From | |
| Item ID | A textbox that displays the ID of the Item being copied. This defaults from the item that was selected when the page was opened and is non editable. |
| Description | A textbox that displays the Description of the Item being copied. This defaults from the item that was selected when the page was opened and is non editable. |
| New Item | |
| Item ID | A textbox to enter the ID for the new Item that is being added. This defaults to blank, is required, must be unique and must be <= 50 characters. If missing, the message "Copy to Item ID is required." will be displayed on Save. If not unique, the message "Copy to Item ID already exists." will be displayed on Save. |
| Description | A textbox to enter the Description for the new Item that is being added. This defaults from the source Item's Description (to make edit easier), is required, must be unique and must be <= 105 characters. If missing, the message "Copy to Item Description is required." will be displayed on Save. If not unique, the message "Copy to Item Description already exists." will be displayed on Save. |
| UPC | A textbox to enter the UPC code for the new Item that is being added. This defaults to blank, is not required, can be duplicated and must be <= 15 characters. |
| GTIN | A textbox to enter the GTIN code for the new Item that is being added. This defaults to blank, is not required, can be duplicated and must be <= 20 characters. |

| Properties | A Yes/No lookup to specify whether or not the source Item's Properties (fields on the Properties and Advanced Properties Tab) should be copied to the new Item. This defaults to "Yes" and is not editable (Properties and Advanced Properties are always copied). |
| Accounts | A Yes/No lookup to specify whether or not the source Item's GL Accounts (fields on the GL Accounts Tab) should be copied to the new Item. This defaults to "Yes" but can be changed to "No". If "Yes" then all the GL Accounts from the source Item will be copied to the new Item. If "No" then no GL Accounts will be assigned on the new Item. |
| Attributes | A Yes/No lookup to specify whether or not the source Item's attribute values (fields on the Attributes Tab) should be copied to the new Item. This defaults to "No" but can be changed to "Yes". If "Yes" then all the attribute values from the source Item will be copied to the new Item. If "No" then no attribute values will be assigned on the new Item. |
| Certifications | A Yes/No lookup to specify whether or not the source Item's assigned Certifications (shown on the Certifications Tab) should be copied to the new Item. This defaults to "No" but can be changed to "Yes". If "Yes" then all the assigned Certifications from the source Item will be copied to the new Item. If "No" then no Certifications will be assigned on the new Item. |
