Outbound Integration List View

Outbound Integrations refer to Master File and/or Transaction data exports from NorthScope. Examples of Outbound Integrations include exporting Customers, Items, Journal Entries, and Sales Orders from NorthScope to be used by an external system.
The purpose of this page is to show all the records that are currently in the outbound queue that have not yet been successfully exported from NorthScope. From here users can open a record for edit, Mass Update the statuses of one or more records, and open the File Import tool.

Toolbar Icons | Description |

| Edit | Opens the selected record for editing. If a record is not selected, the page will not open. |
| Excel | Export the contents of the list view to an Excel file that will automatically download. The contents that export are those that are visible to the user. Therefore, if the user has filtered the view only the filtered contents will be exported. |
| Grid Layout | Error rendering macro 'excerpt-include' : No link could be created for 'Toolbar Icon - Grid'. |
| Help | Opens the online WIKI help page for the current page.

| Inquiry Criteria | Opens Inquiry Criteria window where users can define the following criteria: Data Search, Include Archived Records. |
| Mass Update | Opens the Mass Update dialog, which allows to update the status of multiple transactions simultaneously. |
| Process | Invokes the procedure that processes all outbound records that are available to process. |
| Fields | Description |
| Checkbox | Used to select one or more records to perform an action, such as Mass Update, More Actions, or Delete. |
| Created Date | Error rendering macro 'excerpt-include' : No link could be created for 'Created - Date unsafe-Only'. |
| Created Time | Error rendering macro 'excerpt-include' : No link could be created for 'Created - Time unsafe-Only'. |
| ID | Identifies the ID of the transaction attempting to be exported. |
| Integration Message | Identifies the reason(s) provided by the destination system explaining why the file could not be successfully exported. |
| Last Processed Date | Identifies the last date that the integration record attempted to be processed/received by the destination system. |
| Last Processed Time | Identifies the last time that the integration record attempted to be processed/received by the destination system. |
| Reprocess Until Date | Displays the date that the transaction will stop attempting to reprocess. |
| Reprocess Until Time | Displays the time that the transaction will stop attempting to reprocess. |
| Status | Identifies the Status of the transaction. The Statuses that apply to transactions in this List View include:

| Transaction Type | Identifies the Transaction Type for each transaction. This displays the friendly name from the Outbound Supported Transactions table. |
