Description: The Account Balance Inquiry details all the accounts setup in the system for the company. The purpose of the inquiry is to display the balance for each account which can be accessed by clicking the link on the Account Number.

Account

Displays the Account number. This field is a hyperlink, which opens the Account Balance Summary Inquiry for the corresponding account.

Account Class

Displays the Account Class name of the corresponding account.

Account Description

Displays the Description of the corresponding account.

Control Account Type

Displays the Control Account Type of the corresponding account.

Posting Type

Displays the Posting Type (Balances Sheet or Profit and Loss) of the corresponding account.
