The purpose of the (List View Name) List View is to show (describe what is shown). From here, users can (list the functions that can be done or launched from here). Master file records are used to support transactions and other master files.Software Version: YYYY.MM.DD and newerThe purpose of the Addresses List View is to show, add, edit, and remove addresses that are used by the company. From here, users can add, edit, and/or remove Company Mailing, Company Physical, and Remit To addresses. These addresses are currently only used on reports.

A single-select standard lookup to assign an Address typeThis defaults to blank but is required on Save, for all records. If not assigned, the message "Address Group is required" will be displayed. This field is always enabled on edit. The available options include:

  • Company Mailing
  • Company Physical
  • Remit TO

Linked Database Field: ERPx_MFAddress.MFAddressGroupEN.

This lookup contains all the values in the MFAddressGroup Enumeration Class. 

Address ID

The unique identifier of the (what type of record is this). This is required for all records and must be unique (what must it be unique by) (and defaults from or is calculated by)for the Address ID. This defaults to blank but is required on Save, for all records. If not assigned, the message "Address ID is required" will be displayed. This field is always enabled on edit, must be unique by Address Group, and must be <= 25 characters

Linked Database Field: ERPx_#####MFAddress.#####AddressID.

(Field Name) DescriptionThe name associated with the (ID Field Name) ID. This is required for all records but does not need to be unique (what must it be unique by) (and defaults from or is calculated by)Address Line 1

Identifies the first line of the address. This defaults to blank and is not required to Save. This field is always enabled on edit, does not have to be unique, and must be <= 75 characters

Linked Database Field: ERPx_#####MFAddress.#####AddressLine1.

InactiveA Yes/No field used to identify if the record is Inactive. If set to 'Yes' then the record is "Inactive" and will not be included in look-ups for transactions or other master files. If set to 'No' then the record is "Active" and can be freely used ('No' values display as blank in the grid). This value is always editable. Linked Database Field: ERPx_#####.#####.
Lookup (from an Enumeration)A (single-select standard, single select load on demand, or multi-select) lookup to select (describe what is being selected). This defaults to (Default Value) and is (always, never, or conditionally) requiredAddress Line 2

Identifies the second line of the address. This defaults to blank and is not required to Save. This field is always enabled on edit, does not have to be unique, and must be <= 75 characters

Address Line 3

Identifies the third line of the address. This defaults to blank and is not required to Save. This field is always enabled on edit, does not have to be unique, and must be <= 75 characters

Address Line 4

Identifies the fourth line of the address. This defaults to blank and is not required to Save. This field is always enabled on edit, does not have to be unique, and must be <= 75 characters

Address Name

The name associated with the Address ID. This defaults to blank and is required for all records but does not need to be unique. If not assigned, the message "(what message is displayed)Address Name is required" will be displayed. This field is ( always , never, or conditionally) enabledenabled on edit and must be <= 150 characters.

Identifies the City of the address. This defaults to blank and is not required to Save. This field is always enabled on edit, does not have to be unique, and must be <= 35 characters

Country

A single-select standard lookup to assign the Country for the Address record. This defaults to blank but is required on Save, for all records. If not assigned, the message "(what message is displayed)Country is required" will be displayed. This field is ( always , never, or conditionally) enabled. Linked enabled on edit. Linked Database Field: ERPx_#####.##### ERPx_MFAddress.CountrySK.

This lookup contains a blank value, the current assigned value, and a list of all the 'Active' (what does it include).

Date FieldThe date of the (what is the date for) that was created by the transaction

countries in the Country of Origin Master File.

Text FieldThe [Describe what the field shows] (formatted as …(if applicable)). This is only populated for (what is it populated for...) and (defaults from or is calculated by…). This column has a grand total at the bottom. The values comes from the (Enumeration Class) Enumeration. State

Identifies the State of the address. This default to blank and is not required to Save. This field is always enabled on edit, does not have to be unique, and must be <= 30 characters

Linked Database Field: ERPx_MFAddress.State.

Zip

Identifies the Zip Code of the address. This default to blank and is not required to Save. This field is always enabled on edit, does not have to be unique, and must be <= 15 characters
