A multi-select lookup to select one or more Sites that were entered as the 'Site Processed' on a Fish Ticket. The first option in allows you to "Select All" followed by each unique instance of [Site Name] ([Site ID]) sorted ascending. Only Fish Tickets that contain the Site(s) selected will be returned. If this lookup is on a report, inquiry, or record view that does not include a parameter for "Include Inactive in Lookups" then the lookup will contain all the values in the 'Sites' Master File. If its is on a report, inquiry, or record view that does include a parameter for "Include Inactive in Lookups" then the lookup will either contain all the values in the 'Sites' Master File or only the Active values. |
