A multi-select lookup to select one to limit the data returned to one or more selected Major Species. The first option allows you to "Select All" followed by an option to select ticket items without a Major Specie, followed by each Major Specie sorted ascending. Only Specie. If left blank, the data will not be limited by this parameter. If one or more values are selected then only Fish Ticket Lines that contain the Major Specie (s) selected will be returned. If the 'Include Inactive in Lookups" then the lookup will contain all the Major Specie values in the 'Species' Master File. If its is on a report, inquiry, or record view that does include a parameter for "Include Inactive in Lookups" then the lookup will either contain all the Major Specie values in the 'Species' Master File or only the Active values. ' parameter is set to "No", the list will only include 'Active' records. If the 'Include Inactive in Lookups' parameter is set to "Yes", the list will only include all records. |
