The purpose of the (Record View Name) Record View is to enter and edit (Functional Area Transaction Types) transactions that are open (not posted) (assigned a Status of (list all included statuses as comma separated))Checkbook Deposit Record View is to group payment receipts together that make up a bank deposit. From here, users can (What functions can be done or launched from here). When transactions are posted from this list view, the (what subsidiary/subsidiaries) are updated. (Functional Area Transaction Types) transactions (make or do not make) journal entries when posted.create a new deposit and assign one or more Payment Receipts to it. When Checkbook Deposits are posted the Checkbook Balances are updated. Checkbooks deposits also have the potential of making a Currency Gain/Loss Journal Entry.
