A single-select lookup to select an item being sold. The lookup sorts by Item ID and also displays the Item Description that will auto-fill in the Description field for the line item. This field is required and can only be edited when the transaction is in a status of 'New.' This field defaults to blank and is always required. This lookup contains a blank value and all active Items set up in the Items list view. |
