Settlement Method This is a text box that is required. If missing, the message "Rate is required." will be displayed on Save. It defaults to "0.000000" and is always editable. If the tax is configured to be an expense for the company and the fisherman, the default rate is automatically divided. If this causes the rate to be more than 6 decimals, then the company rate is rounded up and the fisherman rate is rounded down and the 'Assign Rate By' to "GLOBAL" and on anything other than "Fixed Amount" will result in no tax being calculated.

If the 'Assign Rate By' is anything other than 'Globally" this is only represents the Default Rate. The actual rates may be different.

Identifies the "Default" rate/percentage of the Accrual. This defaults to 0.0000 for new records but is not required to be changed. This field is always editable. The number format of this column is not right. It should be Decimal as this may be a $ Rate or percentage.

Leaving this as 0.000000

and the 'Assign Rate By' to "GLOBAL" and the 'Calculated On' on anything other than "Fixed Amount" will result in no tax being calculated.

This only identifies the default rate. However, the actual Rates may be different if the "Assign Rate By" property is not set to "Default Rate".

Crop

A single select lookup to assign a Crop to the Accrual Program. This is only visible when "Crop" is selected in the 'Assign Rules By' value in the Properties tab.By default, when a new Accrual Program is created, all Crops are assigned. If you want only specific Crops to apply to the Program, click the ‘New’ icon and manually add the Crop(s) that you wish to apply.

This lookup contains a list of all the records in the Crops Master List.
