The status of Customer Approval signifies that NLP believes they have done everything necessary to solve the TicketClosed indicates that the issue was not resolved but no more work can be done. A Ticket with a status of Customer Approval is effectively on hold until one of the following occurs:

  • The customer responds agreeing that the Ticket can be closed.

  • The customer responds indicating the ticket cannot be closed.

  • The customer does not respond/reply within 5 days

    Closed is no longer in consideration for additional work.
