The default status for a newly received new support request. Tickets with a status of Submitted identify Signifies that the support request has been received in the NLP Support Ticket System and a Ticket # has been assigned. However, the Ticket has not been reviewed, updated, and/or assigned to a member of support. A Ticket with a status of Submitted is not being worked on by NLP Support.
