The status of Customer Approval signifies that NLP believes they have done everything necessary to solve the Ticket. A Ticket with a status of Customer Approval is effectively on hold until one of the following occurs:

  • The customer responds agreeing that the Ticket can be closed.

  • The customer responds indicating the ticket cannot be closed.

  • The customer does not respond/reply within 5 days

    issue was not resolved but no more work can be done.
