The purpose of the GL Account Class List View is to show, add, and edit all the options for categorizing GL Accounts. From here, users can add new records and edit or delete existing records. GL Account Classes are used exclusively for grouping data on financial reports and have no other functionality in the software.

| Favorites |   Clicking on the star icon when it is an outline, adds the page to the 'My Shortcuts' tab and fills in the star. Clicking on the star icon when it is filled in (solid color), removes the page from the 'My Shortcuts' tab and returns the icon to an outline.

| Account Class | The unique identifier of the record. This default to blank but is required for all records, must be unique and must be <= 50 characters. If a duplicate value is entered, he message "Duplicate Account Classes are not allowed" will be displayed on Save. Linked Database Field: ERPx_GLAccountClass.ClassName |
| Inactive | A Yes/No field used to identify if the record is Inactive. If set to 'Yes' then the record is "Inactive" and will not be included in look-ups for other master files. Users must log out and back in before the pages will be visible in the 'My Shortcuts' tab.
