Countries represent distinct entities in geography. They are used on Company Addresses and to assign the 'Country of Origin' to Production Batches. This master files come pre-loaded but records can be added or removed. The purpose of this page is to add, edit, remove, and activate/inactive these records.

| Favorites |   Clicking on the star icon when it is an outline, adds the page to the 'My Shortcuts' tab and fills in the star. Clicking on the star icon when it is filled in (solid color), removes the page from the 'My Shortcuts' tab and returns the icon to an outline.

| Code | A text box to add or edit the unique ISO Code for the Country. This defaults to blank but is required for all records. If missing, the message "Country Code is required." will be displayed on Save. The value must be unique, otherwise the message "Duplicate country codes are not allowed." will be displayed on Save. | Inactive | A Yes/No field used to identify if the Country is Inactive. If set to 'Yes' then the record is "Inactive" and will not be included in look-ups. Setting this to Inactive only prevents the record from being manually assigned to new transactions or master files, it does not prevent transactions containing this value to be posted. 'No' values display as blank in the grid. This value is always editable. Inactive Countries are not stored in the ERPx_IMCountryOfOrigin_Company table. Active Countries are stored in ERPx_IMCountryOfOrigin_Company.CountryOfOriginSK |

Users must log out and back in before the pages will be visible in the 'My Shortcuts' tab.
