Ticket Items are the unique objects that you purchase from Growers. They are used on Grower Accounting Tickets and Grower Accounting Price Lists. The purpose of this page is to add, edit, remove, and activate/inactive these records.
This list view also contains columns for each Attribute that is set up for the 'Grower Accounting Items' attribute type. Because these are user defined, they are not included in the default view but can be added a saved column layout. Grower Accounting Items attributes are not included in the help documentation.

Toolbar Icons | Description |

Column Filter Show/Hide | Toggles between displaying and hiding a filter row in the grid under the column headers. The filter row will be displayed by default if the Quick Column Filter is also implemented in the page. When enabled, this will allow users to type in text to filter by a specific column. |
Delete | Deletes the selected record(s). When clicked, users will be prompted with: "Are you sure you want to delete the selected records?". Click "OK" to confirm, or "Cancel" to return without deleting. WARNING: Records cannot be recovered once they are deleted! |

Favorites | Clicking on the star icon when it is an outline, adds the page to the 'My Shortcuts' tab and fills in the star. Clicking on the star icon when it is filled in (solid color), removes the page from the 'My Shortcuts' tab and returns the icon to an outline. Users must log out and back in before the pages will be visible in the 'My Shortcuts' tab. |

Checkbox | Used to select one or more records to perform an action, such as Mass Update, More Actions, or Delete. |
Attribute Class | Identifies the Attribute Class configured for the Item. This is not required and can always be edited from the 'Attribute Class' field on the 'Properties' tab of the Ticket Items Record View. Attribute Classes are assigned to master files to control which Attributes are visible, and/or required, to records within the master file. Database Field: ERPx_CPItem.AttributeClassSK |
Crop | Identifies each Crop that the Item ID is associated with. At least one Crop must be assigned and can be edited from the 'Crops' tab of the Ticket Items Record View. Growth Method | Identifies the Growth Method assigned to the Ticket Item. The Growth Method identifies whether the product is grown using Organic or Conventional methods. If neither, "N/A" will be used. Database Field: ERPx_CPItem.CPGrowthMethodEN |
Item Description | Identifies the Description associated with the Item ID assigned to a transaction line, journal line detail or master file record. Item ID | Identifies the ID of the Item. Clicking on the link opens the Ticket Items Record View for the selected record. This field is required and is not editable after the initial Save. Database Field: ERPx_CPItem.ItemID |
Item Type | A text box to display the 'Item Type' of the Item record. This defaults to blank for new records and is required. Identifies the type of item and its behavior in the system. Grower Accounting Item Types fall under two categories:
