The time spent by NLP organizing and overseeing a project. This typically involves NLP time spent ensuring that:

  • The project is meeting the stated goals and requirements.

  • The system is being configured and setup correctly.

  • The NLP team is completing their assigned tasks on-time.

  • The implementation plan is modified to account for any new requirements.

This does not include managing to day-to-day efforts of the customer’s project team.
