The purpose of the Attribute Classes List View is to add, edit, and review all the Attribute Classes, by Attribute Type. From here, users can add, edit, and remove Attribute Classes. Attribute Classes are assigned to Master File records and control which Attributes are visible to the master file record.

Cancel

Delete

Error rendering macro 'excerpt-include' : No link could be created for 'Delete - Global'.

Delete is only allowed for Attribute Classes that are not assigned to a master file.

Edit
Error rendering macro 'excerpt-include' : No link could be created for 'Edit - List View (ML)'.
Excel
Error rendering macro 'excerpt-include' : No link could be created for 'Excel - Global'.
Favorites Clicking on the star icon when it is an outline, adds the page to the 'My Shortcuts' tab and fills in the star. Clicking on the star icon when it is filled in (solid color), removes the page from the 'My Shortcuts' tab and returns the icon to an outline. 

(lightbulb) Users must log out and back in before the pages will be visible in the 'My Shortcuts' tab.

Grid Layout

NewInserts blank lines that allow adding multiple new records.

FieldsDescription
Attribute Class

A text box to add / edit Attribute Class Values. Attribute Classes are assigned to Master File records and control which Attributes are visible to the master file record. This defaults to blank, is always editable, is always required, and must be <= 50 characters. 

Linked Database Field: ERPx_MFAttributeClass.ClassDescription.

Attribute Type

A single-select lookup to associates the Attribute Class to the correct master file. This defaults to blank but is required. The lookup contains a blank value, the current assigned value, and a list of all the 'AttributeTypes' with an AttributeCategoryEN of 1 (Master File) which includes the following values: 

  • Customer Address Attribute Class
  • Customer Attribute Class
  • Item Attribute Class
  • Production Batch Attribute Class
  • Quality Test Class
  • Vendor Attribute Class
