Integration Mode identifies how often the Integration records are pushed out or pulled in for records that hit the 'Integration Trigger'. 

For records that integrated, the Integration Triggers include:

  • On Job (for Inbound Integrations only) - Pull in records on a scheduled job 
  • On Login (for Inbound Integrations only) - Process the integration whenever someone logs into the system
  • On Receipt of Record (for Inbound Integrations only) - Process the integration whenever new records show up in the queue. 
  • On Ready to Post (for Outbound Integrations only) - Process the integration whenever an integrated transaction is saved with a Status of Ready to Post
  • On Save (for Outbound Integrations only) - Process the integration whenever an integrated record is saved.

Integration Modes include:

  • None - There is no integration in use
  • Immediate - Replicate real-time integration 
  • Timed - Integrate records on a scheduled job
