The Sales Order Cost (aka SO Cost) is assigned in the Sales Order → Preferences → ‘Sales Order Cost’ preference to identify which Cost Type (Actual, Market, or Standard) is displayed, and used for margin calculations, on sales order transactions and inquiries.
