Overview

Within NorthScope’s System module, Data Access Groups allows the user to determine user access to individual reports, workflow data, and brokers. Users may be given access to individual reports and brokers while user access to workflow items is distinguished by visibility and ability to editWhereas Security Groups identify the functions a user has rights to, Data Access Groups identify what data they see. A user may have full rights to all the features in the Sales Order module but they can only print reports they have Data Access to and can only see sales orders that are in Workflows they have rights to.
