The purpose of the Notes List View is to show all the areas of the software that support Notes. Users are unable to add new Note Types but they can be added by emailing NLP Support. Notes are used throughout the application to add more detail to Master Files and Transactions.

| HyperlinkType | A hyperlink show the (Field Name) of the transaction. Clicking on the link opens the record view of the transaction. | Text Field | The [Describe what the field shows] (formatted as …(if applicable)). This is only populated for (what is it populated for...) and (defaults from or is calculated by…).
