The purpose of the Notes List View is to show all the areas of the software that support Notes. Users are unable to add new Note Types but they can be added by emailing NLP Support. Notes are used throughout the application to add more detail to Master Files and Transactions.

Date Field | The date of the (what is the date for) that was created by the transaction. Module | A label to show the source module of the transaction that the reason code(s) belong to. HyperlinkType | A hyperlink show the (Field Name) of the transaction. Clicking on the link opens the record view of the transaction. Text Field | The [Describe what the field shows] (formatted as …(if applicable)). This is only populated for (what is it populated for...) and (defaults from or is calculated by…). This column has a grand total at the bottom. The values comes from the (Enumeration Class) Enumeration. Where Used | A label to show where the Reason Code is used.
