The purpose of this page is to search and view Inventory Lot information as of a specific date using filter parameters. An Inventory Lot defines the quantity of product that is unique by combination of Item, Site, Production Batch, Warehouse Lot and Owner.
This list view also contains columns for each Attribute that is set up for the 'Items' attribute type. Because these are user defined, they are not included in the default view but can be added a saved layout. Item attributes are not included in the help documentation.

| Actual Cost | Displays the Actual Cost assigned to the lot. This is calculated by summing up actual base cost and actual layer costs assigned to the lot. The actual cost can be updated using the Mass Update dialog or Update Costs From BOM toolbar icon. | ||||||||
| As Of Date | Identifies the cutoff transaction date. Inventory Lots will display quantities that occur on and before this date. | Cost Group | Displays the cost group of the item. The value is pulled from the properties of the item record. Cost Groups are used to associate items together that share the same cost model. A text box to add or edit the unique identifier of the Cost Group record. This defaults to blank but is required for all records. If missing, the message "Cost Group is required." will be displayed on Save. The ID must be unique, otherwise the message "Duplicate Cost Groups are not allowed." will be displayed on Save. This field must be <= 50 characters.
