Checkbox

Used to select one or more records.

Owner Name

A text box to add or edit the unique identifier of the Owner record. This defaults to blank but is required for all records. If missing, the record will not be added on Save. The ID must be unique, otherwise the message "Duplicate Owner Names are not allowed." will be displayed on Save. This field must be <= 25 characters.

Third Party

A Yes/No field used to identify if the Owner is an outside entity. For example, if company ABC does custom processing for company XYZ  then the Owner of 'XYZ' would be identified as a Third Party. If set to 'Yes' then the record is considered a Third Party Owner. In most organizations, only one Owner would be set to "No". 'No' values display as blank in the grid. This value is always editable.
