| Import Reports | Upon clicking this toolbar icon, the message "Are you sure you want to import this report package?" will be displayed and once confirmed the selected report/s will be inserted (or overwritten) in NorthScope and the user will be redirected to the Deploy Reports page with the corresponding report/s from the previous page preselected to deploy. | ||||||||

| Fields | Description | ||||||||
| Checkbox | Used to select the report to import into NorthScope. | ||||||||
| Blank | Info: one value in this column is Overwrite Existing when Identifies the action that will be taken when importing the report package. When a report that is being imported already exists | in the systemon the server, this column will display the value 'Overwrite Existing' and the existing report will be overwritten after importing. If the report does not already exist on the server, the value 'Add New' will be displayed and the new report will be imported. | |||||||
| Exists in NorthScope | Identifies whether or not the report is already exists in NorthScope. This field is required and is never editable by the user. If the report being imported already exists the value Yes will be displayed, otherwise it will be blank | / display No - needs verifying which one. | |||||||
| Report Name | Identifies the name of the selected report that the user entered on the record view. This field displays the name of the report that the user wants to Import. This field is never editable from this page and can only be edited from the Manage Reports Record View on New. Database Field: ERPx_RSReport.ReportName |
