Clicking this toolbar icon will open the File Explorer window for the user to select the report package they wish to upload.  After the file is selected a text box will appear below the button that displays the contents of the report package.  Only .nsrpt type files are supported to import, else the message "The file you selected is not a valid .nsrpt file and will not be imported" will be displayed.   Users can only import one report package at a time.

Info: one value in this column is Overwrite Existing when a report that is being imported already exists in the system. 


Exists in NorthScope

Identifies whether or not the report is already exists in NorthScope.  This field is required and is never editable by the user.  If the report being imported already exists the value Yes will be displayed, otherwise it will be blank/ display No - needs verifying which one. 

Report Name

Identifies the name of the selected report that the user entered on the record view. This field displays the name of the report that the user wants to Import.  This field is never editable from this page and can only be edited from the Manage Reports Record View on New.
