Additionally, one change to the inquiries in the NorthScope™ 3.0 Framework is that we are encouraging users to specify search options prior to clicking the Refresh button to narrow down the search results. Though not required, the more information we have to filter on, the faster the inquiry will run and the more relevant the returned results will be. A win-win.

Financial Inquiries

💡Please note the use of keywords for searching has not been implemented in the Financial functional area. For example, to search by a specific Account Description, users may not prepend the search value with the text "Account Description: ". If there is an Account Description containing "Checking", simply enter "Checking" into the Search text box. Clicking Refresh will return all results where the value "Checking" is stored in any of the searchable fields. Searchable fields are displayed as placeholder text in the Search text box.

  • Find items containing a specific Item ID or Item Description: “Item: 410” or “Item: Frozen”

  • Find an item balance for a specific Site and Warehouse Lot: “Site: Bellingham, WLot: 410”

  • Find a Item/Lot/Transaction containing specific Attribute Values (All items where the ‘Case Size’ attribute is 70# Case): “Attr: 70# Cases”

  • Find items with Attribute Values containing multiple words (All items where the ‘Packaging Size’ attribute is 4” x 6”: “Attr: 4 x 6” or “Attr: 6 x 4” will both return the same results

  • Find items at a specific site: “Site: Commercial Cold Storage” and “Site: Cold Storage Commercial” will both return the same results

  • Find all Fish Tickets associated with a specific Permit Holder named John Smith: “Permit: Smith”

  • Find all Fish Tickets associated with a specific Ticket Class: “Class: Salmon”
