Additional oversight/assistance up to 30 days 5 weeks after Go-Live. This time is typically spent assisting with first-time events (e.g., bank RecReconciliations, month-end close, etc.) and following follow up additional training for users now that they have had some time to get used to the system.After go-live, things like new requirements, additional training, and assistance with exceptions, month-end, troubleshooting, and reconciliations may come up. NLP can answer questions, observe users, and conduct follow-up training. |
