Additional oversight/assistance up to 30 days after Go-Live. This time is typically spent assisting with first-time events (e.g., bank Rec, month end close, etc.) and following up additional training for users now that they have had some time to get used to the system.

After go-live, things like new requirements, additional training, and assistance with exceptions, month-end, troubleshooting, and reconciliations may come up. NLP can answer questions, observe users, and conduct follow-up training.
