Then, select the desired favorite item(s) and their properties for the customer. Note that the selected Price UOM must match either the selected Units UOM or Weight UOM and duplicate item favorites are not allowed. Users can also assign substitute items for the favorite items on the Favorites tab. This can be done by clicking Add in the '#Substitute Items' column.
