The purpose of the (List View Name) List View is to show (describe what is shown). From here, users can (list the functions that can be done or launched from here). Master file records are used to support transactions and other master files.Software Version: YYYY.MM.DD and newerThe purpose of the Addresses List View is to manage Mailing, Physical, and Remit-To addresses that are associated with your company. These are currently only used on reports so they can be added or removed without any restrictions.

"Address: [AddressID] - Cannot delete an address that is set as the Remit To Address on the Customer master file record, [CustomerID]."

"Address: [AddressID] - Cannot delete an address that is set as the Remit To Address on the Sales Transaction Class, [ClassID]."

This lookup contains all the values in the MFAddressGroup Enumeration Class. 

Address ID

The unique identifier of the (what type of record is this). This is required for all records and must be unique (what must it be unique by) (and defaults from or is calculated by). 

Linked Database Field: ERPx_#####.#####.

(Field Name) Description

The name associated with the (ID Field Name) ID. This for the Address ID. This defaults to blank but is required on Save, for all records. If not assigned, the message "Address ID is required" will be displayed. This field is always enabled on edit, must be unique by Address Group, and must be <= 25 characters

Database Field: ERPx_MFAddress.AddressID.

Address Line 1

Identifies the first line of the address. This defaults to blank and is not required to Save. This field is always enabled on edit, does not have to be unique, and must be <= 75 characters

Database Field: ERPx_MFAddress.AddressLine1.

Address Line 2

Identifies the second line of the address. This defaults to blank and is not required to Save. This field is always enabled on edit, does not have to be unique, and must be <= 75 characters

Address Line 3

Identifies the third line of the address. This defaults to blank and is not required to Save. This field is always enabled on edit, does not have to be unique, and must be <= 75 characters

Database Field: ERPx_MFAddress.AddressLine3.

Address Line 4

Identifies the fourth line of the address. This defaults to blank and is not required to Save. This field is always enabled on edit, does not have to be unique, and must be <= 75 characters

Database Field: ERPx_MFAddress.AddressLine4.

Address Name

The name associated with the Address ID. This defaults to blank and is required for all records but does not need to be unique (what must it be unique by) (and defaults from or is calculated by). Linked Database Field: ERPx_#####.#####.be unique. If not assigned, the message "Address Name is required" will be displayed. This field is always enabled on edit and must be <= 150 characters.

City

Identifies the City of the address. This defaults to blank and is not required to Save. This field is always enabled on edit, does not have to be unique, and must be <= 35 characters

Database Field: ERPx_MFAddress.City.

Country

Identifies the Country for the Address record. This defaults to blank and is not required on Save. This field is always enabled on edit, does not have to be unique, and must be <= 100 characters

Email

Identifies the Email associated with the address.  This default to blank and is not required to Save. This field is always enabled on edit, does not have to be unique, and must be <= 150 characters.  

Database Field: ERPx_MFAddress.Email

InactiveA Yes/No field used to identify if the record is Inactive. This defaults to 'No'. If set to 'Yes' then the record is "Inactive" and will not be included in look-ups for transactions or other master files. If set to 'No' then the record is "Active" and can be freely used ('No' values display as blank in the grid). This value is always editable. Linked . This field is always enabled on edit. Linked Database Field: ERPx_#####MFAddress.#####IsInactive.
Lookup (from an Enumeration)

A (single-select standard, single select load on demand, or multi-select) lookup to select (describe what is being selected). This defaults to (Default Value) and is (always, never, or conditionally) required. If not assigned, the message "(what message is displayed)" will be displayed. This field is (always, never, or conditionally) enabledLinked Database Field: ERPx_#####.#####.

This lookup contains all the values in the (What enumeration Class - link this) Enumeration Class. 

Lookup (non Enumeration)

A (single-select standard, single select load on demand, or multi-select) lookup to select (describe what is being selected). This defaults to (Default Value) and is (always, never, or conditionally) required. If not assigned, the message "(what message is displayed)" will be displayed. This field is (always, never, or conditionally) enabledLinked Database Field: ERPx_#####.#####

This lookup contains a blank value, the current assigned value, and a list of all the 'Active' (what does it include).

Date FieldThe date of the (what is the date for) that was created by the transaction. Linked Database Field: ERPx_#####.#####.
HyperlinkA hyperlink show the (Field Name) of the transaction. Clicking on the link opens the record view of the transaction. This field is not editable. Linked Database Field: ERPx_#####.#####.
Text FieldThe [Describe what the field shows] (formatted as …(if applicable)). This is only populated for (what is it populated for...) and (defaults from or is calculated by…). This column has a grand total at the bottom. The values comes from the (Enumeration Class) Enumeration. Linked Database Field: ERPx_#####.#####Phone 1

Identifies the phone number of the address. This defaults to blank and is not required to Save. This field is always enabled on edit, does not have to be unique, and must be <= 25 characters

Database Field: ERPx_MFAddress.Phone1.

State

Identifies the State of the address. This default to blank and is not required to Save. This field is always enabled on edit, does not have to be unique, and must be <= 30 characters

Database Field: ERPx_MFAddress.State.

Zip

Identifies the Zip Code of the address. This default to blank and is not required to Save. This field is always enabled on edit, does not have to be unique, and must be <= 15 characters

Database Field: ERPx_MFAddress.Zip.
