 Grower Accounting Price Lists are used to store items with pre-defined prices, Charges, and Accrual. Once setup, a Price List can be assigned to one or more Farmers so that prices default on their tickets. The new tickets inherit prices. The purpose of this page is to add, edit, and remove these records.

Identifies the Currency that prices are stated in. This is auto assigned from the Company Currency when the Price List is initially created and is not editable.

Identifies the Description of the Price List. This is editable from the Price List Record View.

Freight Included

This is not applicable or used with Grower Accounting Price Lists.

Database Field: ERPx_MFPriceListHeader.IsFreightIncluded

Inactive

A Yes/No field used to identify if the Price List is Inactive. If set to 'Yes' then the record is "Inactive" and will not be included in

lookups. 'No' values display as blank in the grid. This

is

editable from the Price List Record View.

Price List ClassPrice List

Identifies the unique name of the Price List. This is required and must be unique. This is editable from the Price List Record View.

Database Field: ERPx_MFPriceListHeader.

PriceListID

Price List A text box to add/edit the name associated with the Price List. This defaults to blank but is not required. This must be unique. If not, the message "Duplicate Price ID's are not allowed for Price Lists of the same Class." will be displayed on Save. This field must be <= 25 charactersClass

Identifies the type of transactions that each Price List applied to. This is assigned when the Price List is initially created (based on the option selected from the New icon). This is auto set as "Grower Accounting Ticket". This is not editable.
