Grower Accounting Crops identify the unique products you purchase from Farmers. A Crop is a unique combination of a 'Commodity' and 'Variety'. They are used to support Ticket Items. The purpose of this page is to add, edit, remove, and activate/inactive these records.

| Favorites |   Clicking on the star icon when it is an outline, adds the page to the 'My Shortcuts' tab and fills in the star. Clicking on the star icon when it is filled in (solid color), removes the page from the 'My Shortcuts' tab and returns the icon to an outline.

| Checkbox | Used to select one or more records for delete or mass update. |
| Commodity | A text box that identifies the Commodity (Fruit, Produce, or Farmed Fish Specie Type) of the Crop that is being harvested. Examples include Corn, Peas, Strawberry, Catfish, etc) This defaults to blank for new records and is required. If not assigned, the message "Commodity is required." will be displayed on Save. This value does not need to be unique but it is free text so care must be taken to ensure it is entered correctly and the combination of Commodity + Variety must be unique. This field is always editable and must be <= 50 characters. The combination of the Commodity and Variety auto-create the Crop name on Save. Linked Database Field: ERPx_CPCrop.Commodity |
| Crop | The [Describe what the field shows] (formatted as …(if applicable)). This is only populated for (what is it populated for...) and (defaults from or is calculated by…). This column has a grand total at the bottom. The values comes from the (Enumeration Class) Enumeration. Linked Database Field: ERPx_#####.#####. A (text box or non-editable text box) (formatted as …(if applicable)) to... . This is only populated for (what is it populated for...) and (defaults from or is calculated by…). | Purchase Account | A (single-select standard, single select load on demand, or multi-select) lookup to select (describe what is being selected). This defaults to (Default Value) and is (always, never, or conditionally) required. If not assigned, the message "(what message is displayed)" will be displayed.
