A Warehouse Lot is (typically) assigned by a 3rd party distribution site to identify a unique quantity of product they are storing for you, within their facility. Unlike a Production Batch number that never changes, this number will change as product is transferred to other Sites. Warehouse Lot is one of the 5 components that make up a unique Inventory Lot and it is required on all Inventory Lots within Warehouse Lot Tracked Sites and is blank on all Inventory Lots within non-Warehouse Lot Tracked Sites.
