“Configuration” master files drive system functionality and include things like defaults and preferences. Once set, they rarely change. NLP will deliver the initial system with some baseline configuration completed, based on the information provided during discovery. Unless otherwise requested by the customer and documented on the Scope of Work, the NLP team only configures the minimal master file records required but is available to review the work by the customer’s project team.
