Users
Users represent individual logins with access to NorthScope. The number of concurrent users that can be logged into the system at any given time is based on the number of user licenses purchased. Users typically represent individuals but can also be setup by job function (e.g., Scale House, Shipping) in companies where more than one user performs the same tasks on different shifts. There is no limit to the number of users that can be added, but your license controls how many can be logged in concurrently.

Identify any users that need to be configured. Note: Add all the users that need access to NorthScope but the number that can access the system concurrently is determined by your NorthScope License.

Direct Printers

A Direct Printer is a printer where specific documents are sent to notify people of work to do. For example, a printer in a specific cooler that is used to print order items that need to be picked from that cooler. Direct printers do not need to be installed locally on your workstation. This feature is not supported for any report that is accessed from a Functional Area Report page (i.e., analysis reports).

Identify any direct printers that need to be configured. Ignore if not used.
