Price Lists are used to store a group of Items with pre-defined prices and effective dates.Fisherman Accounting Price Lists are used to store items with pre-defined prices and effective dates. Price lists can be setup for Fish Tickets or for Fisherman Sales/Tender Resale transactions. Fish Ticket Price Lists can be attached to a Ticket Class so that new tickets inherit prices or can be manually changed/assigned to any fish ticket with a Transaction Class that is included on the Price List's Ticket Class Tab. Fisherman Sale/Tender Resale Price Lists can be assigned to one or more Fishermen or Tenders, by assigning them on the Price List's Fishermen Tab, or can be manually changed/assigned to any Fisherman Sale/Tender Resale transaction. The purpose of this page is to add, edit, and remove these records.

Toolbar Icons | Description |

Delete | Deletes the selected record(s). When clicked, users will be prompted with: "Are you sure you want to delete the selected records?". Click "OK" to confirm, or "Cancel" to return without deleting. WARNING: Records cannot be recovered once they are deleted! |
Excel | Clicking the Excel toolbar icon exports the current contents of the grid to an Excel file that is automatically downloaded. The contents that export are only those currently visible. If the grid is filtered, only the filtered contents will be exported. |
Favorites | Clicking on the star icon when it is an outline, adds the page to the 'My Shortcuts' tab and fills in the star. Clicking on the star icon when it is filled in (solid color), removes the page from the 'My Shortcuts' tab and returns the icon to an outline. Users must log out and back in before the pages will be visible in the 'My Shortcuts' tab. |
Grid Layout | Opens the Saved Grid Layout menu that allows the user to select another saved layout, create a new layout, save changes to a layout, or assign a saved layout as the default for the page. Once changes are made to a grid, such as columns are added or removed, the user can click the Saved Grid Layout icon and save the changes to the grid layout and name the new layout. The new layout can also be set as the default, instead of the System View. This is useful for creating specific views to separate master files or transaction types (i.e. Invoice specific vs. Credit Memo specific). The bolded view is the default view, which will determine the view will automatically display in when opened. |
Help | Opens the online WIKI help page for the current page. This icon is only visible on pages that are documented in the online help. |
New | Allows users to select the type of transaction or record they want to add. The list contains: options for Fish Ticket Price List or Fisherman Sale & Tenders Resale Price List |

Opens the Print dialog window, where transaction and/or analysis reports can be downloaded, printed and/or emailed. | |

Checkbox | Used to select one or more records for delete or mass update. |
Currency | Identifies the Currency that the Prices on the Price List are recorded. This defaults to the company's Currency, but can be overwritten prior to Save. Currency is always required. If not assigned, the message "Currency is required." will be displayed on Save. Once the record has been created, this field is not longer editable. Description | A text box to add/edit the name (long description) of the Price List. This defaults to blank but is required for all records and must be <= 50 characters. Inactive | The value from the 'Inactive' property. If set to 'Yes' then the record is "Inactive" and will not be included in look-ups for transactions or other master files. If set to 'No' then the record is "Active" and can be freely used. 'No' values display as blank in the grid. This value is always editable. Linked Database Field: ERPx_MFPriceListHeader.IsInactive |
Price List | A hyperlink that shows the value of the 'Price List' property on the the Price List record. Clicking on the link opens the record view for the selected Price List. This defaults to blank for new records and is required and must be <= 25 characters. If not assigned, the message "Price List is required." will be displayed on Save. This value must be unique across all Price Lists in the same Price List Class. If not unique, the message "Duplicate Price List ID's are not allowed." will be displayed on Save. This field is always editable from the record view. The Price List is used as a short description and unique identifier of the Fisherman or Tender account. Price List Class | Identifies the type of transactions that each Price List applied to. This is assigned when the Price List is initially created (based on the option selected from the New icon). The allowable values include: 'Fish Ticket' or 'Fisherman Sale'. Fish Ticket Price Lists can only be used on Fish Ticket transactions and Fisherman Sale Price Lists can be used on Fisherman Sale and Tender Resale transactions. This is a looked up value and is never editable. This lookup contains all the values in the MFPriceListClass Enumeration Class with an Enumeration Value of 2 or 3.
