NS-9427 Auto Generate Freight Pay Purchase Orders
NorthScope already supports recording Freight as part of Sales Transactions and Inventory Transfers, however there wasn’t a way to generate purchase orders to pay freight vendors after these transactions with freight were posted. Well, fear no more because now you can! We have added the ability to automatically generate purchase orders based upon settings you choose in the associated transaction class when the property “Auto-Create Purchase Orders for Delivered Freight” is set to “Yes” for Sales Transactions and Inventory Transfers when they are posted.

NS-9132 Updated Transaction Class Properties And Transaction Class List View
We added several new Freight related properties on the Transfer Transaction Class Record View for defaults on Shipments and Freight Purchase Orders. Additionally, we cleaned up several properties for all class records and updated the Transaction Class List View to be more consistent and clearer for our users.

NS-9172 Added A Transaction Class Record View And Updated The Transaction Class List View
Record Views are useful, right? Well, we think so too, so we added new record view for Purchasing Transaction Classes and to be more consistent with other Transaction Class List Views in the system, we updated that too!

NS-9128 Updated Transaction Class Properties
Similar to the Inventory Transaction Class updates for Freight properties, we updated the Sales Transaction Class records for Orders and Returns to include the new properties and clean up a few others while we were at it.
NS-9423 Added New Fields To The Shipment Details Record View
We updated the Shipment Record View to add columns that allows users to record and calculate Handling (Lumper) fees, included some new calculated fields, as well as updated a few existing columns to improve user experience of recording shipment information.

NS-9495 Added A Validation For Deleting Transaction Classes That Are Set As A Preference Value
There are 3 preference values in the Sales Programs Functional Area that set the Default Purchasing Transaction Class to be used when creating Invoices for settlements, however we didn’t prevent users from deleting these class records which caused an error trying to process a settlement, so we fixed that and added a message letting users know a class cannot be deleted when it is set as a preference value.
