The purpose of the (List View Name) List View is to show (describe what is shown). From here, users can (list the functions that can be done or launched from here). Master file records are used to support transactions and other master files.

Inquiry Criteria

Opens Inquiry Criteria window where users can define the following criteria: 


Mass UpdateOpens the mass update dialog, which allows to mass update the following properties: 
More ActionsDisplays a drop down menu of related actions. The list of options includes:
NewOpens a new blank record for data entry.
NotesOpens the Notes dialog, filtered for the appropriate Note Type(s). From here, users can add, review, or edit Notes associated with the record. This icon is always enabled. 
PrintOpens the Print dialog window, where transaction and/or analysis reports can be downloaded, printed and/or emailed. 
Process
RefreshRe-queries the contents of the grid/page based on the Inquiry Criteria parameters or the default parameters for grids that do not support Inquiry Criteria. 
RequeryRe-queries the contents of the grid/page based on the Inquiry Criteria parameters or the default parameters for grids that do not support Inquiry Criteria. 
SaveSaves all changes.

(Field Name) ID

The unique identifier of the (what type of record is this). This is required for all records and must be unique (what must it be unique by) (and defaults from or is calculated by). 

Linked Database Field: ERPx_#####.#####.

(Field Name) Description

The name associated with the (ID Field Name) ID. This is required for all records but does not need to be unique (what must it be unique by) (and defaults from or is calculated by). 

Linked Database Field: ERPx_#####.#####.

InactiveA Yes/No field used to identify if the record is Inactive. If set to 'Yes' then the record is "Inactive" and will not be included in look-ups for transactions or other master files. If set to 'No' then the record is "Active" and can be freely used ('No' values display as blank in the grid). This value is always editable. Linked Database Field: ERPx_#####.#####.
CheckboxUsed to select one or more records.
Date FieldThe date of the (what is the date for) that was created by the transaction. Linked Database Field: ERPx_#####.#####.
HyperlinkA hyperlink show the (Field Name) of the transaction. Clicking on the link opens the record view of the transaction. This field is not editable. Linked Database Field: ERPx_#####.#####.
Text Field

The [Describe what the field shows] (formatted as …(if applicable)). This is only populated for (what is it populated for...) and (defaults from or is calculated by…). This column has a grand total at the bottom. The values comes from the (Enumeration Class) Enumeration. Linked Database Field: ERPx_#####.#####.
