Address ID

Identifies where the purchase order is being shipped to.  This is a single select lookup that is editable until the Purchase Order is 'Closed' and the options include:

  1. (Custom): This option will default when there is no Site saved on the Purchase Order record.  If this option is selected, the user may enter any address details they wish to ship the order to and once it is saved will be available, unless another Address ID is selected and saved then the values will be cleared out for another address to be entered.
  2. (Use Site Address): This option will default when a Site has been saved on the Purchase Order record. If this option is selected, the address details from the Site master file record for the site that is saved on the Purchase Order will be displayed in the grid of this page.
  3.  'Purchasing Ship To': All Company Addresses (configured in Company > Setup > Addresses) with the Address Group Type of 'Purchasing Ship To'.

Toolbar IconsDescription
Excel Exports the contents of the grid to an Excel file that will automatically download. The contents that export are those that are visible to the user. Therefore, if the user has filtered the view, or excluded columns, only the contents in the grid will be exported.
Quick Column Filter Used to filter across all columns in the grid. When the user types text into the Quick Column Filter text box, the grid's Filter Row will be automatically hidden.
