NS-4645 Updated AP Invoices and Credit Memos to allow negative line items

Both the AP Invoice and Credit Memo record views were updated to allow negative line items, provided the transaction total amounts are greater than or equal to $0. A negative line on an AP Invoice represents a credit (the line item Credits the GL) and a negative line item on a Credit Memo represents an item you are being charged for (the line item Debits the GL).

NS-4691 Fixed an issue with Manual Premiums being deleted on a Fish Ticket header when the ticket is saved as Approved or Ready to Post

Previously, if a fish ticket had a Manual Premium assigned, and the ticket contained one or more Ticket Items with rate of 0.00, when the ticket was saved as Approved or Ready to Post, the Premium was removed from the database for those items. This prevented users from setting up a Premium with no rate and then re-pricing it in the future.

NS-4709 Updated “Ticket Date” to only store the Date and not the Time

Tickets imported from eLandings were storing both the Ticket Date and Time from the landing but in the interface only the Date is displayed. As a result, not all the expected Tickets were being included on some reports and inquiries because the ‘Tickets thru’ report parameter always assumed a time of 00:00:00.000. The Ticket Date field has been updated to always set the time as 00:00:00.000 to resolve this issue.

Note: This item includes a datafix to convert the “Ticket Date” to a date and time of midnight (00:00:00.000) for all existing tickets.
