Fisherman Accounting

NS-4706 Update eLandings integration to manage importing tickets when the same Tender Vessel is assigned to more than one NorthScope Tender account

Users were experiencing an error when importing Fish Tickets that contained a Tender that was assigned to more than one NorthScope Tender account.  To manage this scenario, a new message has been added: “Tender Vessel with ADFG Number [ADFGNumber] is assigned to multiple Tenders in NorthScope. Vessels can only be assigned to one Tender at a time.” In scenarios where a company needs to have the same Tender Vessel on multiple Tender accounts, users can inactivate one of the Tenders to successfully import the ticket.

When adding a new Tender or updating an existing Tender, if the Tender Vessel is already assigned to another Tender Account, a message will display on Save indicating: "Primary Vessels can only be assigned to one Tender at a time. Vessel [VesselName] is currently assigned to Tender with ID [TenderID]."

Also, as part of this work item, we updated “Vessel Number” and “ADFG Number” on the Vessels List View to be unique and alphanumeric (allows numbers, letters, symbols) based on a change made by eLandings, these fields were previously numeric only.

NS-4728 Moved the Employee List View in the Payroll Functional Area

The Employee List used to be displayed in the Setup sub folder in the Payroll Functional Area but has been moved to the main Payroll menu.

System

NS-4408 Removed reference to BluWare from NorthScope

Some system messages being received by users were referencing BluWare instead of NorthScope. We have updated the email subject text to display “NorthScope System message”.

NS-4798 Fixed an issue with Reports Favorites

Users were unable to add report favorites, when the report was selected for a favorite it would not be displayed in the reports menu as expected.


NS-4681 Fixed an issue with Report Data Source Credentials

When clicking the Deploy Reports button, the report data source would sometimes be installed incorrectly.
