NS-4806 Do not validate duplicate Doc No’s against Void, Deleted or Replaced AP Invoices and Credit Memos

Previously, if a user created an AP Invoice or Credit Memo and then voided or deleted that transaction, because the transaction was still physically in the database, they were prevented from creating another Invoice/Credit Memo for the same vendor with the same Doc No. We have updated the logic that checks for duplicate Doc No’s so that it ignores Invoices or Credit Memos in a status of Void, Deleted or Replaced.
